Digital packs
Because every pack (SFX, LUTs, Clip Vault, Blueprint, etc.) is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final. If the files are broken, corrupted, or not what was advertised, email me within 7 days of purchase and I'll fix it or issue a full refund.
Custom edits
Once work has started on your custom edit, it's non-refundable. If I haven't started yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Revisions are included per tier — refunds aren't offered because you didn't like the creative direction after the revisions were used.
1-on-1 live sessions
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session get a full refund. No-shows and last-minute cancels aren't refundable.
