1. Using the site
By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. License to use packs
Purchased packs (SFX, LUTs, clips, project files, tutorials) are licensed for use in your own content, including monetised uploads on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and similar platforms.
You may not: resell, redistribute, re-upload the raw assets, share your download link, or claim the packs as your own. Reselling or leaking assets terminates your license.
3. Custom edits & live sessions
Custom edits are delivered as a final video file. Revisions are included per tier and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Live sessions are 1-on-1 calls booked after purchase — no recording or reselling of the session is permitted.
4. Intellectual property
All original branding, tutorials, and pack contents remain the property of Kyro. Marvel / Spider-Man footage in Clip Vaults is provided for personal editing use only and may be subject to third-party copyright.
5. Liability
Products are provided "as is." Kyro isn't liable for indirect damages, loss of views, or platform decisions on your uploads.
